Perei Group has once again proved its position as a leader in the design, manufacture and assembly of vehicle lighting products and auto-electrical systems, thanks to its listing in the Sunday Times SME Export Track 100.
SME Export Track 100 ranks Britain’s private small to medium-sized businesses (SMEs) with the fastest-growing exports. The league table is produced by Fast Track, the Oxford firm that researches Britain’s top-performing private companies.
Founded in 1936, the company is in it’s third-generation of family ownership and has focused on international sales by growing its export business by 49.35%.
“Obviously, we are delighted at the ongoing success of the company, and the team within it,” said Rob Corke, LITE-wire’s Business Development Director.
“This result has come from the forward-thinking and hard work of the entire team at our sites in the UK, and is only the beginning of the story as we look to introduce new products and technologies to our customers and partners worldwide.”
LITE-wire is dedicated to the British design and manufacture of exciting, bespoke vehicle lighting products such as headlights, rear light clusters and reflectors for specialist vehicles. The original Perei brand has now been embraced within their ‘off-the-shelf’ range of automotive vehicle lighting products, including marker lights, combination lamps and LED warning lighting.
Planned product launches for the year include new commercial vehicle LED lighting and their new LITE-box vehicle wiring solution for cars and vans, bringing the technological capability of PULSE to smaller fleets and end-users.
